France plunges into quagmire of terrorism

France has not only conducted air strikes, but also sent ground troops to Mali. Dong said that France will not stop its military operation in Mali because of the kidnap incident, otherwise it is no different from surrendering to the al Qaeda.

Birth of neo-terrorism

Certain experts said that military counter-terrorism in the Middle East and Africa has not produced desired results. Crazy terrorist retaliation brought about France's military counter-terrorism in Mali is enough to show that military counter-terrorism still has many problems.

Qu said that China has been opposed to unrestricted expansion of counter-terrorism programs since the U.S.-led war in Afghanistan. The irrational expansion of counter-terrorism operations in the Libyan war caused many problems. The Global War on Terrorism has yielded some encouraging results, but there is still a long way to go in eliminating terrorism.
