September 19 Cui Yadong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, secretary of Guizhou Politics and Law Commission, deputy director of Guizhou Drug Control Commission, and head of Guizhou Public Security Department, hosted the second plenary session of Guizhou Drug Control Commission in 2011, focused on the analysis on strict drug control work throughout the province, and studied the promotion meeting for the “Sunshine project” for community-based drug rehabilitation and recovery.
