Tips:
Eat some dry foods before getting out of bed. Cereal, toast or crackers are recommended.
Eat small meals instead of three meals daily. Snacks could be added every two to three hours.
Eat slowly and chew your food completely.
Eat foods at room temperature to minimize or avoid odors that bother you.
Avoid spicy, fried, or greasy foods.
Avoid large amounts of fluids at one time.
Avoid any alcoholic and caffeinated beverage. Try cool, clear fruit juices.
If you have been vomiting a lot, drink plenty of water to rehydrate.
Vitamin B6 is a good choice of supplement here, yet talk to your doctor before taking them.
