Mine-disabled Afghans receive exercises with prosthetic legs (6)

An Afghan disabled man exercises with his prosthetic legs at the Orthopedic Center of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Herat Province, Afghanistan, on July, 25 2012. The war-torn Afghanistan is one of the most mine-contaminated countries in the world. As a result, around 2,000 Afghans become disabled each year due to mine blasts and related incidents.
