More policy supports offer help for private enterprises

As the enthusiasm of overseas investments booms, many private enterprises are faced with such problems as financing difficulty and information non-transparency.

"The complexity of foreign environment increased the difficulty and risks for Chinese enterprises to invest overseas but too many constraints suffered by private enterprises in the overseas investment also are an important factor to restrict their development. Although there are many private Chinese enterprises in foreign countries, most of them have a small scale of investment," said Bai Ming, a researcher of Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation.

China has strengthened the political supports on private enterprises and encouraged them to invest in foreign countries.

The "Implementation Advisory Regarding Encouraging and Guiding Private Enterprises to Invest Overseas" shows a clear support for qualified private enterprises of China to develop energy resources, innovative technology and advanced manufacturing industry abroad.

Li believes that it is the first time that so many ministries and commissions jointly issued an advisory in terms of the development of private enterprises in foreign countries and it also is an opportunity for these enterprises during the period of booming overseas investments. The biggest highlight in the "Implementation Advisory" is that it integrated and normalized the policies and measures proposed by many ministries and commissions in the past and many special articles involving financing and approving in the contents are conducive to forming unified policy support.
