2. Sweating

According to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), sweat is the 'liquid of the heart'. Sweating regularly, if followed by proper cleansing, will help you to achieve softer and smoother skin. It is believed that the immune system also benefits from sweating. Exercises like aerobic activities help make your heart stronger and more efficient. However, excessive exercises which lead to excessive sweating will be harmful for your health, and you should not take cold baths after sweating.
