"Kedao" Cultural Festival kicks off in Guizhou (3)

People carry the board with music scores recorded in the form of "Kedao" to attend the "Kedao" Cultural Festival at Shibing County of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Guizhou Province, March 11, 2012. "Kedao", or inscribed bamboo wood, developed into a type of singing style among the Miao people, who sing with bamboo sticks inscribed with lyrics in hand. "Kedao", as a sign of recording, has been listed as one of the national intangible cultural heritages. (Xinhua/Feng Li)
