Chinese Premier Wen commend contributors to grain output (4)

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao (1st L) presents a certificate of merit to a delegate during a meeting held by the State Council in Beijing, capital of China, Dec. 26, 2011, as the country sees an eighth consecutive year of growth for its grain output. A total of 200 top grain-producing counties and 700 agricultural scientists, farmers, and skilled workers who made great contributions to the nation's grain production in 2011 were commended at the meeting.
