China's most populous province recently has amended its family-planning policy, allowing parents from single-child families to have another child. This has made it the last province in the country to adopt a relaxed family-planning policy. The Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial People's Congress reached the decision after voting on Nov. 25 to amend the province's population and family-planning regulation during a meeting. The province plans to keep its population under 107 million by 2020. (Xinhua/Wang Song)
