Huge asteroid to narrowly miss Earth (3)

(People's Daily Online)

13:34, November 07, 2011

The last time an asteroid flew this close to Earth was in 1976. The next time won't be until 2028.

Computer models showing the path of asteroids for the next 100 years show that there is no chance it will hit Earth during that time.
